The core of our production is built on continuous-flow technology. German-engineered Kannegiesser systems allow us to process large loads simultaneously using the counter-flow method, achieving excellent cleanliness while minimising resource consumption.

• Dual Tunnel Washer Systems:
  • 1 x Kannegiesser PowerTrans (15 chambers * 50kg)
  • 1 x Kannegiesser PowerTrans (12 chambers * 50kg)
• Water Management Systems (Water Recovery):
  • 2 x Aquacatch Systems: Advanced hydraulic presses for water extraction and recycling (one per tunnel). The system recovers rinse water and reuses it in the early wash stages, drastically reducing our environmental footprint.

For linen with special requirements (delicates, uniforms, F&B linen) that calls for customised programmes, we operate a line of high G-force washer-extractors.

• 1 x Braun 300 kg (Open Pocket): Heavy-duty for maximum stability and large-load cleaning.
• 1 x Milnor 150 kg & 1 x Milnor 100 kg: Known for their vibration-dampening technology and precision chemical fibre treatment.

The drying process is controlled by precision sensors to prevent over-drying, protecting fibre structure and delivering a soft-touch finish.

• 5 x Kannegiesser Steam Dryers (50 kg): High energy efficiency with optimal airflow.
• 1 x Dryer Braun (100kg)
• 12 x Passat Dryers (various capacities: 20–65 kg): A flexible fleet for handling both small and large batches on demand.

The final presentation of your linen is perfected here. We use Flexible Chest technology that adapts to fabric thickness for uniform heat transfer and a flawless, crisp finish.

• Industrial Ironing Lines:
  • 2 x Jensen Jenroll EX 12: Innovative system with Flexible Chest technology that adapts to the fabric for excellent heat transfer and a flawless result.
  • 1 x Jensen I5: A robust system with heavy-duty rollers that ensures speed and consistent finishing quality at high production volumes.
  • 1 x Kannegiesser High Power Wax Plus: Specifically designed for maximum thermal conductivity and a polished finish on table linen.
• Automated Folding:
  • 2 x Towel Folding Machines (3 lines each): Automatic folding and stacking of towels with perfect symmetry.
