Linen is collected on a pre-agreed schedule by trained staff, using dedicated transport carts and controlled loading procedures. All transport is carried out exclusively with our own fleet and personnel, ensuring punctuality, proper handling and full process control from the very first step.
Before entering any wash cycle, every batch is inspected and manually sorted by trained staff according to type, fabric and level of soiling. During sorting, items are checked for specific stains and indicators so the right pre-treatment can be applied promptly, before damage or permanent discolouration occurs.
Our operators select the right programmes and dosing for each load based on the actual requirements of the linen. Processing takes place in commercial washing systems, including tunnel washers and washer-extractors, engineered for consistent, repeatable results at industrial scale.
After washing, linen is dried under controlled conditions to protect the fibres and preserve texture and absorbency. The process runs through high-performance commercial dryers, with staff continuously monitoring the flow so every item is finished properly, without excessive stress or loss of quality.
Sheets and flatwork are processed on an industrial ironing line to achieve a uniform, flawless finish. The line includes a feeder, roller and folding machine, with staff controlling the feed rate, temperature and fold quality throughout.
Towels are never ironed. They are dried and finished exclusively on dedicated towel folding machines, preserving their absorbency and texture, and delivered in neat, uniform packs ready for immediate use.
Once processing is complete, linen is prepared by our staff for safe handling and transport in a way that ensures both protection and organisation. Where needed, crease machines are used alongside transport carts and bags to maintain cleanliness and integrity from packaging through to delivery.
Our staff load and deliver clean linen using our own fleet, following the agreed schedule and delivery method. Deliveries are made with transport carts for controlled handling, so linen arrives ready to use with no further sorting or re-handling required on your end.
