Clothing & Warehouse Manager
Position Purpose: The ultimate organization of clothing flow (inbound/outbound), the management of the Linen Rental service and ensuring the accuracy of deliveries through digital traceability systems.
Key Competences:
- Linens Management:Management of clothing inventory (Stock Control) for rental customers. Monitoring Par Levels and scheduling replenishment.
- Digital Traceability:Handling RFID and Cabscan systems for accurate counting of clothing upon receipt and delivery.
- Organization of Shipments:Supervision of the packing process (use of Packman & Crawlers) and correct loading of the routes per customer/region.
- Kvalitetskontrol:Final visual inspection for the quality of clothing (damage, stains) and withdrawal of unsuitable pieces before delivery.
- Team Management:Coordination of workers in the sorting and packaging department.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or hotel linen management (Housekeeping management).
- Familiarity with the use of PC and ERP/Inventory systems.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a team and work under time pressure.
